As someone who has had a family member lose their life in the line of duty, I definitely appreciate your channel so much. In today's age, where everybody puts police officers in such a bad light , it's great to have somebody have an entire channel dedicated to praising all of the good ones but still not afraid to show the bad ones when they show through. My stepdad was a sergeant for Knox County, he was on President Bush's personal detail every time he flew in town, he was also on SWAT and lost his life because of his job. I understand how it is considered bad practice and not protocol to huck something at someone's head that's just fleeing unless they've already shown to be violent and a threat to the public/LEO. I feel like that same situation ends in light/average injury at most if you were to run it back 10 times, but definitely not death. It's like punching someone in a bar fight and the person cracks their skull open on concrete and now you have a manslaughter charge. Watching it back, I thought the suspect had a helmet on which is why I believed it was a freak chance that he ended up dying from it.
