I agree. I live here. the whole OCPD should be investigated. I've had a situation where one cop clearly falsified a collision report. They stonewall or give misinformation when trying to file a complaint against an officer. No one is really on the same sheet of music with information and when a person can prove that a report is wrong then it's crickets from there on out. They won't respond back because they lack accountability. Not all of them are bad, far too many of them are though and they know who they are.

In Washington State there's printers in the cop cars it prints the citation I was told by my local cops you don't have to sign it. But you better send it in you want a court date if you don't better come up with the fine So I asked the cop if no one has to sign. What's to keep the cop from printing tickets to make quota . My father's health deteriorated rapidly after his fall at home. This bone cancer 71 year old victim is suffering severe skull fractures, internal bleeding and broken neck and under tube feeding now. I don't think he is going to survive and recover back to his normal life.
