There should be a database that a department can search as part of the hiring process. That said, it would be up to the departments to actually enter bad information about someone who had left their department. Would they or would they just not bother? You'd think they would as it would allow another department to not hire someone who could cost them money in lawsuits or simply cause them black eyes for bad conduct. Since police departments have been outfitting themselves like armies with the help of the Federal government, this should concern people. Unfortunately it seems like citizens and politicians applaud when a town of 1,000 people gets a tank How do little towns get tanks? They're being given this equipment by a surplus equipment program by the DOD to dispose of equipment from the Iraq and Afghan wars. They are increasingly acting like armies who are policing the locals like an occupying force would and with the abuses associated with such thinking. Are all of these police and sheriff departments like this, no but it's troubling none the less. Are all police officers like this? No, but the bad thing about this is that the cover ups allow these people do continue to be on the street and can harm people again and again. Troubling and increasingly so.
@lisamaitland1572 жыл бұрын
@@pursang6792 Union contract states it's a violation of their 4th amendment to use or display private information, for the sole purpose to prevent employment. There must be a conviction while employed to be on open records. Well they get a heads up by the union to quit, therefore they're no longer employed for it to be placed. I wish we could use the 4th amendment in this way. Especially when we get a job, or when certain company's asked for your medical papers because of Covid. This is universally on most police union. The only good out of this is, courts are now allowing lawsuits to these company's for violating the HPPA act. "And Troops that were discharged for not taking the shot are suing." "But" Cops will always have this protection, including immunity as long as they don't violate the 1st\2nd and 5th amendment for a arrest crime.

Sometimes it’s bad. Sadly we have marxists standing on graves to push marxist agendas rather than addressing the actual problems in our police forces. So much could be solved if we paid cops more, forced cops through cqc training like judo and jiu jitsu, gave them more less than lethal options, and audited police departments more. But instead we get tards pushing to defund them instead! Hahahaha. It’s very few cops that are bad, but defunding the police and demonizing them is exactly how you get all of the good ones to quit.

The neighbor hears one shot, the cop reports two shots.... how the he'll does a suicidal person shoot themselves in the head twice?? That's a damned impressive feat.

Been subscribed to you for almost 3 years. I decided to rewatch your old videos, because I’ve faithfully watched every one of your videos, so now it’s time to start over 😊. I’m realizing, that you’ve always been good at what you do. I’ve watched a lot of KZbinrs from the beginning and they’ve gone from good to better. You started out great, and you’re getting greater. Nice job 👍🏽. Sending so much positivity your way 🙏🏼.

I can just feel the helplessness Jessica must’ve felt. Everything that was supposed to protect her was set up to take everything away from her. That she managed to hold on to her sanity is amazing.

Did anyone look at his phone to see when he looked at the text his wife supposedly sent? it would be pretty damning if he did this before texting his gf with whom he was cheating with after the fact and inbetween the 911 call.

He gets a suicide text, rushes home to save her, then hears a gunshot, gets scared and runs outside before checking on her (and the kids). What? If he runs from hearing a gunshot in his own house while his wife is presumably about to kill herself, he is neither a man, a husband, a cop, nor very smart.
