Right now the state; Commonwealth must decide how much resources must allocate for the trial it self,it is not simple,the Commonwealth jointly with the attorney generals office must decide what they can use and what must remain sealed in case the FBI or DOJ wants to bring federal charges in the case the attorney general must also conform with the requirements of potential conflict of interest, because the focal point involves government officials I would say the judges work will deserve primary attention due to its sensitive nature judges preside over both civil and criminal cases ,in criminal cases the attorney general must reassure everyone including the governor that those behind bars rights to appeal has not changed, because these cases has been designated as "pending" rather then substentive, the Commonwealth is also required that the defendant gets everything he needs under the 6th amendment of the Constitution, because due process requirements,require the government to reassure a fair trial since he is up until conviction presumed innocent,so a lot goes into this,there is a army of professional and educated people must decide on the proper and necessary course and in most cases,they do an impeccable job.

They both knew about the alleged SA’s the deputy that was working bailiff for the judge was involved in against female defendants in that court. the sheriff fired said deputy a few months ago after it started leaking out and that deputy was prosecuted and sentenced.. the sheriff and the judge where both involved in a continuing case and where eating together to strategize a plan to escape their own prosecution…the judge was distancing himself from the sheriff’s daughter who was an intern and It started sinking in that the judge was going to let the sheriff take the fall and when the sheriff realized he killed him to make sure he couldn’t talk. He was looking at a sentence no matter what you might as well get preemptive revenge.
