At sentencing a Judge in Miami wanted to sentence my friend under the minimum mandatory of 10 years his charges carried and the prosecutor was furious because he wanted the judge to give him 30 years for beating up 2 burglars inside of his own house. He caught them robbing the place and restrained them with nothing more than his hands. The prosecutor charged him with assault and a gun charge after ONE of the burglars said he saw a gun. There was no gun present, ever fired or found but nonetheless the Judge shook her head in disbelief when jury came back guilty on all charges. Although she literally said during sentencing that my friend didn’t deserve to be there, she did the best she could at the moment and gave him the minimum of 10 years. She showed me that not all judges work in favor of the prosecution or believe everything every police officer says. God willing he’ll come home on appeal.

So right, they are born liars, SOCIOPATHS. The way that judge got so exasperated and grilled that officer about specifics, and his heavy sigh and hand on his brow at the end as he writes..... This judge is so used to dealing with, and so sick of dealing with corrupt cops trying to lie to him, its visibly obvious, and that is terrifying to think about...

The judge needs to lock him up for being a terrible liar. I'm not even there, but I'm shaking as he's lying......

Damn!!!! I did the same with 2 cops with flashlights shining in my eyes, making my 2 dogs freak out in my back seat!!! I asked them to stop!! I HONESTLY had one tall boy (which is 240z.) But it's tyranny!!!!!. Once i plead the fifth, him (25), partner (19), threatened to take my dogs to spca, and tow my car... i LOVE my dogs. PASSED FIELD SOBRIETY TEST ON THEIR CAMERA!!!! Cuffed me and said suspicion of dui(PA)... i asked for a breathalyzer, and he said we're getting you on bloodwork.. LUCKILY, a friend came to watch my car and dogs so my girl could come scoop up my dogs and car... long story, but i was absolutely TARGETED!!!!!! How are they training and picking these people to become cops?????? Edit, this was over 2 months ago, and im still awaiting mail for a dui.. i wont be surprised even though i drunk that seltzer an hour before i even got in my car... .. I did get a HEFTY bloodwork bill from the hospital!!!!! HOW CAN I PAY IT IF I DONT EVEN HAVE RESULTS?????? I have nothing against law enforcement period. But cocky puff chests trying to make a name for themselves over PREYING on innocent victims are F*CK*NG PREDATORS, AND THEY BELONG IN PRISON FOR FALSE ACCUSATIONS.. ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT KEEP DOING THIS OVER AND OVER AND KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!!!!! GOD WILL TAKE CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a common defense attorney statement for a DUI trial. This judge has definitely been a defense attorney or had a few DUI's himself.

A judge is someone with a law degree who will not let someone who doesn’t know the law tell them what the law is.

A few years ago, I got pulled over for an expired inspection. When the officer asked if I had anything to drink that evening, I told him I had 1 drink 3 hours prior. The officer asked me twice if it was just one drink. When I asserted it was just one, the officer accepted it and let me go. I now realize how stupid I was to volunteer that information, and I could have made it much harder on myself even though I was being 100% honest
