Much respect to you for choosing to do this. I have tried being referee for a work league between my work and another sister company, and it was the hardest thing ever. You have people questioning your call all the time, calling you bias, arguing against you, distracting you and being sneaky, all almost pushed me to the edge and lose focus. People expect you to catch everything, but its impossible admit any fault then everything else gets questioned.
