Keep it as is with the "small damage". Copart are wild... They offer an option to reimburse but it's a branch by branch basis and you HAVE to bring the issue up BEFORE leaving. If the transporter leaves the yard then you're SOL.

Salam! Can i ask a Question and add a suggestion(s)? So What im thinking you can do to gain customers very fast is maybe making some enhancements to the front of the dealership, for example a Concrete fence/Gate, And a Glass Wall on the counter for Protection, An upgraded Garage can Also do in case its raining whilst working so you can move the car your working on into the garage, You can Make some Extras Available like kits, Headlights etc, Also clean the engine. Not everything just something to make it look more proffesional. I hope you see this and I hope its gonna help your Business. Salam!
