@@ultimaterobbiebuild2505 I dont think you can, if you dont want it to be salvage, I believe you can get it registered as a "Rebuilt" title. Once a car had a salvage title, it can never be a clean title again.

They make scrapers with long handles for those NY inspection and registration stickers. Any auto parts store has them and they take a standard razor blade. Then use a little goo gone on a paper towel to remove the residue.

Audi's have a sport exhaust that is made by Akropovic and will likely be covered in the manufacturer's warranty if the warranty is still valid..... you might want to consider that.... i know for sure that there is one as I test drove an Audi S4 2015 model when i was looking for a car back in 2014 I still have the booklet that shows the Akropovic sport exhaust as an option....

Nice car! good luck with the remaining minor issues, which are more or less cosmetic. And sorry for being a smart ass but I just had to say it: you need more practice when it comes to manual shifting. I'll give you some tips: Try to either rev match or shift quicker, and go easy on the clutch, don't dump it, and never coast in neutral. 🙂

Nice job, the air intake job is in fact giving you less horsepower beacuse the engine sucks in hot air instead of cool. It gives it a better sound but not performance. People are unfortunatley fooled by that.

Very wrong, most top end aftermarket air intakes will out-perform stock air intake systems. I work in a tuning garage and almost always gain HP after adding aftermarket systems. They pair even better with cars that have been stage 1 and 2 remapped also. The benefits usually drop off when people forget to clean them.

here in Italy it is excellent for the treatment of diesel engines. So cleaning the injectors of both petrol and diesel! as engine additives it is not excellent! of course from my experience! obviously do what you think is best! I repeat you are very good!

If you are interested in other VW/Audi mods check out IE /Integrated Engineering. They are a company that is in Utah that specializes in VW and Audi mods. They have flash tunes, exhaust, intake and many other performance mods. I personally have a Mk 6 VW GTI that I did a stage one tune on! It transformed the car into what it should have been like from the factory. Took about 30 minutes to do. No check engine lights, no problems! What a difference! I have not put it on a Dyno but I would conservatively say 30-40hp gain with no other mods. The only thing that worries me is the clutch since they are not designed to handle 250 HP!

BEST MODS: I have the same car and highly recommend, AWE TRACK EXHAUST but honestly it’s hard to make this car sound bad, a lot of great choices out there. P3 BOOST GAUGE, look into it, best money I ever spent. TUNE IT! GO SINGLE PULLEY APR, unleash the beast this car has some real hidden gains ready to be unlocked. CARBON REAR DIFFUSER, buy straight from China on eBay or aliexpress for like $350

Bruh, idk why but I started watching these vids after I saw this cheap 328i for sale on copart. I'm only 14, but now I feel like maybe it might be worth it to invest like 2500 dollars in a slightly damaged car and have it fixed for another 500$. This way, I can have a nicer car for the same price as an older car. Obviously with taxes, registration and etc, it will come out to about 4K+. But I feel like it might be more worth it? Idk, these r some big dreams but you never know

@@wiks101 certified rebuilt title cars go for almost the same money as clean title cars all the time, its just a long process of getting the insurance company to deem it rebuilt so most people don't even try

@@marquisethomas5611 Uhhhh no. Book estimates are 70% of retail and that can be a stretch sometimes since buyers are very hesitant to buy a car with a rebuilt title regardless of the situation. I spent significantly more time selling those than clear title cars. My last one I sold had a 1,000 mile engine/trans I put in it since the block had a minor crack. (I wouldn't buy a car like that nor would I sell one) Even with a literally brand new engine/trans and no other issues, it took quite some time and I didn't get full retail. Similar experiences with other sales, though the more popular the car, the better your odds. A lot of the stuff you see guys like this guy and that crack guy post are going to be difficult to sell because there aren't big markets for high end rebuilt cars... Well.... there are people that are interested; however, those people don't have money and are looking for a deal. People with money to buy those cars are not going to buy a rebuilt one. In regards to *this* car, if he really only has $15K in it, he probably would come out OK if he flips it since book is around $30-35K. Even with a 30% discount, you are talking $21K+ sales price and profit $6k+ Not horrible. (though his estimates obviously didn't include his time / effort or opportunity cost of tying up cash in car, etc.)

watched a few of this series.. good job man, can't remember is it a rebuilt title? I actually recently picked up a 2015 S5 with 93k KM clean title from copart. It's a vandalized car, and i'm going to be youtubing the process of my fix as well, with a similar budget price down at the end! I want to see how to find appropriate key and then reset the immobilizer to work with existing and new key. Dealers want ridiiculous prices to order and program a key. I have a 2004 S4 that I got a new key for and it's easy to program it to open and lock doors and trunk. I haven't found a local shop that says it can reprogram the immobilizer to work with the new key that has a chip that isn't recognized. I did have the key cut and it turns on and then shuts immediately down. I have the original spare key and the valet key of which both chips work. I just need a sensible cost way to make the new key work too. I have gathered by reading with at least my age Audi there's a VAG-something you can still buy that will do it. I've also read something to the effect you need the key PIN or code. I have the plastic encased thing that came with the spare and valet keys so, perhaps, it's one of those numbers? I need some advice here please.

I recommend the $400 P3 Cars digital display in the vent and I use OBDeleven pro version to read/clear codes. They have ability to long code with lots of predone changes like needle sweep and all windows up/down at once.

Nice project! Ikhad one question about your shifting tho... As a european learning to drive in manuals it seems verry weird and unsafe tot put the car in neutral or keeping the clutch disengaged while driving because it's not good for the car's balance and if you need to get away quickly it Will be quite slow. Ik saw you doing that and just asked myself why you would do that..
