I commented earlier but, Was on my lunch break & didn't have enough time to finish so, I am now finishing your video & wanted to say, That focus is the same as mine & I have about 225k & yes, every part is new because I like to stay ahead of all needed maintenance & repairs! timing belt, tensioner, water pump, serpentine belt & serpentine belt tensioner, brake calipers, all new brake lines, rear wheel cylinders, bearings, brake hardware, rotors, heck, new quick struts, & shocks on the rear with new coil springs, sway bar links, ball joints, I went overboard & changed the main & rod bearings to ensure longevity along with the upper & lower oil pan gaskets, valve cover gasket, thermostat & housing, overflow & coolant hoses, cooling fans, cooling fan solenoid, cht sensor, both o2 sensors & much, much more, I should have just saved the money & purchased a much newer car but, I NEEDED TRANSPORTATION & IT JUST WORKED OUT THIS WAY BUT, DEPENDING UPON PRICE, That focus might be decent basic transportation? I swapped in a 4G wifi enabled 7" smart radio w/camera's. That one needs upgraded!!!

The black Chrysler with the front end damage of which, You could not open the hood, Shares MANY PARTS WITH THE SEBRING! Just from the driver side viewpoint that you showed, I can see several similarities like the remote battery terminal, the air box, Keep in mind, I have a sebring in my driveway & I am very familiar with it 196k & still running very strong!!! It's 2.7 runs like a champion & has never given us any issues in the 4-5 years that we have owned it!!! A lot of people hate on the 2.7 but, Ours has been great!!! bI just drove it yesterday, up a very steep hill & was pleasantly surprised at how well it takes this hill compared to my focus! I never want a 4 cylinder vehicle again!!!!!!! Id rather have a larger displacement, easy running, less stressed, & more torque having v-6 or v-8!!!

that F150 FX4 with the bent frame: you're not supposed to weld or re-bend heat treated frames. It has as much HP as the 5.4 and is torquey but there are many issues with getting that much HP out of a small engine like that. Fordtechmakuloco has done all kinds of videos on the eco boost issues.

Randy, thanks for another great video.. but... Please stop telling people that 2012 Ford Focus are good cars :) They are notorious for being the worst transmissions Ford has ever built in the automatics. The manuals are ok cars, but, I owned a 2012 that was in the shop so many times for transmission that ford traded me out of it for a 2014, which proceeded to have the same issue. When I traded it in, I was so upside down, it almost made more sense to leave it on the train tracks and hope for a miracle. Great cars, terrible transmissions. FYI: The 2012 has 4 clutch packs and a full rebuild. The 2014 was in the shop 17 times. 5 clutch packs, 3 TCUs and a full replacement. Neither ever saw 60k miles in my ownership.
