You’re the reason I started snowboarding. I’m 28 and this is my first year snowboarding.

Dang it Tommie! You make those rails look so freakin' easy! It's actually kinda discouraging..... I'm trying to learn rails. I busted my collarbone falling off a rail last season and at 57 I don't heal up like I used to. I'm still pushing to learn more and be a better rider and really love being out on the snow. Thanks for the great content and keep yourself safe! 😃👍❤🏂 Randy

57?! It’s people like you, not just the pros, who keep me inspired! it’s easy to get discouraged when you see everyone almost always started out young. keep at it man, much love.

@@reneeadelaine9196 Thank you, I really appreciate that. After all these years I still have a passion to ride and improve. As long as that's there and I'm having fun I'll be sliding down the mountain sideways. 😎👊❤🏂

Going to copper for the first time in March and have been searching “copper full runs” to get an idea of the layout. Just perfect.

Copper all day

@@szaret1 haha i did hear copper was better. But first time in Colorado and would love to try other resorts too. Unfortunately I'm flying into CO and not renting a car, I'm in victim to the bus system in breckenridge which leads to a 1.5 hr bus ride from breckenridge to copper. So I'm not sure if i can do that daily 😅
@szaret1 Жыл бұрын
@@ChrisParkpartybus I say you do the first 2 days at copper and see how you feel. If you’re into terrain park its a no brainer because you’re able to do a sweet all mtn/tree portion of the run right into the full blown terrain park off the bubble lift. But even if you’re not into terrain park copper has a lot more to offer from a all mtn run perspective

@@szaret1 Im an all mountain rider. Love to carve, tree-runs etc, carving on black diamond or blue. I do occassionally hit the park but I mostly like to do mid jumps or boxes. I want to get better at park but Im not crazy about it and dont push myself at the risk of getting injured. Park is definitely fun and scary, but overall I want to get better in terms of better control on my board (switch, buttering), just having solid control.

You can do all that cold.... hahah! Wow! The top->bot me appreciate the smallness of our midwest stuff, gotta get out for a rip.

Been about 3 years since I was at Copper, that park run look sooo nice! Flow and length is awesome. I usually wait till the spring to playmuch in the park but I might have to change that up this year. Keep on going and enjoy Japan! I might be there in March, I learned to snowboard at Joetsu kokosei and still miss that huge lake effect dumps they get.

Forgot to add that if you ain't wearing a bib in Japan then you're kidding yourself. Especially if you're launching into deep snow which is a given in Japan.
