The bit about Apex: welcome to their matchmaking. If you perform well/pick up a win expect to immediately face players with way more experience and skill immediately. It normally takes 7-10 losses to reset your matchmaking back down to a lobby you feel comfortable in. You can do this manually by leaving the game while still in the drop ship and it won’t affect your k/d if you don’t drop. Do that 4-5 times if you want a normal match, do it 6-7 times if you want to rack up 3 and 4k damage games on bots. It’s sad how bad their matchmaking is, and how easily abusable it can be.

One thing I'll say about BF2042. Everyone expected it to release with zero bugs, but they obviously haven't played every other battlefield game since BC2 because all of them have been buggy on launch, which in my opinion made the game much more fun because of all the stupid shit that happens, but I do agree with them releasing content when they said, that's what has fallen for the game for me since launch

Yeah I agree but the lack of content on 2042 made it fun as fuck for the first week then after the repetitive gameplay made a game to just have conversations with homies while playing it but that’s it. The little things like the recoil and jets not being fun mad it worse.

@@mrnoname_2193 with all honesty I never cared for the vehicles in the game, I somewhat just played battlefield like a cod and didn't bother with them, but I agree, bf2042 has just become one of those games where you can play it for hours and hours on end, but you'll never really get any enjoyment from it, it more or less just sends you into a mindless state of combat and there's very little fun in that. Though saying that I haven't played the game in almost 4 months and kinda want to give it another go 😅

Oh dude, I had zero illusion that Battlefield 2042 was not going to launch with game breaking bugs. Battlefield devs have ALWAYS released a broken game that took months to fix. The lack of content was its biggest downfall. Ive played it a few times in the last few months and it's been fun when you can find a server with actual other players.
