Security guards do not have special powers to search and detain citizens without a reasonable suspicion that the person has committed a crime on or against the property. In Namibia, depending on the context, private security personnel have the same powers as ordinary citizens, drawing most of their powers from the law of contract, the law of property and labour law. They are ‘authorised’, for instance, to make citizen’s arrests, banish trespassers and deny entry, and search personal property by virtue of their status as agents of property owners.

Am concerned with Afrikaans that the presenter speaks, Can you please if possible normalize or at least mix with English because we are soo interested to hear what you're saying. Thank you.

You have to know that kosmos is an Afrikaans radio show meaning that he has to speak Afrikaans most of the time unless they put English subtitle for the non-Afrikaans speakers
