Un excelente comestible

Hoy os presento una excelente y delicada seta comestible. Para mi es una de mis preferidas, el problema es que se deterioran en cuestión de horas dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas, y no se deben de amontonar, ni rozar mucho. Por otra parte, solo hay que recoger los ejemplares que sean totalmente blancos por dentro (cerrados), cogeremos solo el sombrero ya que se suelta fácilmente del pie. Cocinar nada más llegar a casa una vez lavados y desechar los ejemplares deteriorados.
Coprinus comatus (O.F. Müll.) Pers. 1797
Características:
Sombrero: De tamaño mediano, normalmente hasta 15 cm de altura y 4 cm de diámetro, al principio es ovoidal cerrado al pie, al final los bordes se elevan adquiriendo una forma campanulada y surcada tiñéndose de negro las láminas y la carne.
La superficie al principio es lisa de color crema, pero pronto toda la superficie menos la corona, se resquebraja formando unas escamas blancas lanosas, como si tuviera barba, de ahí el nombre de barbuda
Láminas: Libres, apretadas, al principio blancas, después rosas y al final negras
Pie: Cilíndrico, hueco cuando es adulto, alto hasta 20 cm, separable fácilmente del sombrero, bulboso con un anillo en la base
-Carne: Delicada, delgada, de color al principio blanco, después rosa y al final negro, licuando una especie de tinta rosa o negra. El olor y sabor son suaves
-El hábitat: En praderas, bordes de camino, claros de los bosques y donde se ha removido la tierra.
Época: Principalmente otoño. En nuestra zona la podemos ver casi todo el año
Lugar: Muy común, en este caso en Bilbao - País Vasco
-Comestibilidad: Excelente comestible (solo los jóvenes)
Confusiones: Con el Coprinopsis atramentaria, sin escamas y tóxico si lo mezclamos con alcohol

Description
Cap: Medium in size, normally up to 15 cm in height and 4 cm in diameter, at the beginning it is ovoid closed at the foot, at the end the edges rise, acquiring a bell-shaped and furrowed shape, staining the blades and meat black
The surface at first is smooth, cream-colored, but soon the entire surface, except the crown, cracks, forming woolly white scales, as if it had a beard, hence the name barbuda
Gills:Free, tight, at first white, then pink, and finally black
Stem:Cylindrical, hollow when adult, up to 20 cm tall, easily separable from the cap, bulbous with a ring at the base.
-Flesh: Delicate, thin, white at first, then pink and black at the end, liquefying a kind of pink or black ink. The smell and taste are mild
-The habitat: In meadows, roadsides, clearings in the forests and where the earth has been removed
Season: Mainly autumn. In our area we can see it almost all year round.
Place: Very common, in this case in Bilbao - Basque Country
-Edibility: Excellent edible (only White young)

Oggi vi presento un ottimo e delicato fungo commestibile. Per me è uno dei miei preferiti, il problema è che si deteriorano nel giro di poche ore a seconda delle condizioni meteorologiche e non dovrebbero essere ammucchiati o strofinati molto. Devi invece raccogliere solo gli esemplari che sono completamente bianchi all'interno, prenderemo solo il cappello visto che si stacca facilmente dal piede. Cuocete appena arrivate a casa una volta lavate e scartate gli esemplari deteriorati.

👍 #54 Hi Manu, this may sound a bit random, but seeing the thumbnail for these mushrooms reminds me very much of yesterday (and other times) when I searched for Owls roosting in treetops and found a pair sat there, using my tried and trusted method of looking for the 'shapes' at a glance over many trees... the oval dumpy shape of 2 Owls together mirrors that of these mushrooms, lol. I can imagine these with Owl eyes and beak drawn on them lol! ( ͡ ͜ʖ ͡°) They are nice looking mushrooms and I love the bark type effect on the outside. Thank you as always, my good friend. 👍◕‿◕

Cual es la temporada o fecha de recolección de esta seta ? GRACIAS de antemano , es en el norte de ESPAÑA

Principalmente en otoño, en primavera es posible encontrar algun ejemplar, pero Octubre y noviembre son los dos mejores meses para encontar esta seta. En estos dos meses la puedes encontrar en la todos los sitios, no solo en el norte. Es una seta muy delicada, es bueno recogerla a la vuelta a casa y cocinarla de la misma, es muy sabrosa. En la descripción del video puedes ver las características de la especie. Gracias por ver el video. Saludos
