I had to know the preamble for word. Write it down the amendments generalized miss one question take it againtook me three times but hey I graduated. What do these cops know I ask myself this every video I watch to take a life six months of learning how to do it constitution 00 and their superiors are no better.

@@twiggyramieriez5382 Official signs, security force and authorized personnel can have you stop. Security forces have a sort of memo about the transaction thing, and their stance but its not illegal to have others personal info if were being technical, it's illegal to use it fraudulently. Companies and individuals for all kinds of stuff you sign up for have your info. That's why it's your responsibility to protect you pin and card numbers. And no, authorized personnel in poster 7 doesn't mean any employee. "Inland auditing media" had a whole correspondence with word from the postmaster general through USPS spokesperson Rod Spurgeon clarifying that only the PG or those directly under him/her are "authorized personnel" to stop them. Not local postmaster or even district managers. Way above them.
@twiggyramieriez53822 ай бұрын
@@lucubration808 That's absolutely false. Absolutely incorrect. You can't and quite frankly nobody can articulate a reason why anyone would waste there time to record in a post office. It's all to annoy and harass and go fishing for a lolsuit and some go away money. You cannot record the counterline in a post office, you can't record customer transactions. Ask any post master or postal inspector. And like any business they can and will protect customers private information by telling the frauditors to hit the bricks. Which they can do via poster 7. I'm not sure which frauditor channel misinformed you but the information you gave me is incorrect.

So yes, you can't record the countertop, becuase poster 7 says security force can make that determination during another people's transactions I never made a claim that you can. And actually just because you only think in what way to best be offended and can't even articulate your own point doesn't mean others can't. For a year or two in my hometown mail deliveries were constantly broken, ripped up, even my little brother got a new phone he saved up for stolen and it didn't get solved until a fed up citizen monitored the post office and recorded an employee mishandling mail and another one separating things oddly and finally leos took over and found that employee was separating the things he wanted to go through and stealing things and the other would straight up just kick deliveries as hard as he could into the baskets and trucks, dude was doing pro wrestling moves on our Amazon deliveries. Anything else? You wanna give me an email so I can send you the Rod Spurgeon/postmaster general email chain about authorized personnel? Or you wanna just email them yourself and argue with them? If any employee could restrict you it would just say that.
@lucubration8082 ай бұрын
@@twiggyramieriez5382 nope. Everything I said factual, sure the argument you made up in your head about what I said is incorrect, but I said there is a memo from security force. So according poster 7 you can't film transactions. The rest was more just a psa and warning about how much your info is out there. Never made a claim you could record people's info at the counter in a post office. In my hometown the post office was mishandling deliveries and there was theft occurring (including my little brothers new phone) didn't get investigated and solved until a citizen recorded the post office and caught some of the acts. Good enough reason to record? Authorized personnel doesn't mean "any employee" go ahead and email the postmaster general or his spokeperson if you dont believe me. also there have been standowns and memos for postal employees nstionwide telling them to ignore the camera and just do your job normally. Idk why employees are ignoring instructions from higher ups. That's probably worth recording as well.
