@@ChillyJack The problem with the 2nd Amendment is that there are ALWAYS more cops than you. And US cops in general have shown a willingness to shoot to kill since they know the police force, police unions and the court system will generally back them up. According to the National Fraternal Order of Police, there were 323 police officers shot in the line of duty in 2022, and 60 of those were killed. That's an appalling number if you ask me. But in that same year, police officers killed over 1,100 people in the USA. That we know about, because when it comes to deaths caused by police officers, the data is incomplete. If YOU kill a police officer, the odds are good you won't live long. Or at the very least, you're looking at a very long stay in prison. But of the more than 1,000 deaths per year caused by police officers, hardly any of them are given any significant official punishment. Even when the evidence strongly suggests that the use of force by the officer was unnecessary or inappropriate.

@@mrwog82I'm inclined to believe mostly no they do not. I have two of 4 encounters where one ticket was missing a license plate, temp tag exactly where DMV said. The other was a traffic violation ticket for being in the road. I was inside the lane past the crosswalk. Old car was in the intersection when another car honked. Officer wrote us both up and as noted not sure who was wrong. The court can figure it out later. We were in long line for Christmas light drive. Another incident I'm certain speed was made up to be exactly 20 mph over. Tops I was 7-10 mph over maybe at certain spots. The fourth encounter pulled over the driving speed limit and simply moved over for the cop to pass. As he walked up stared hard into windows. Interrupted him saying what's wrong officer. He ignored me then I said something like what is the reason you pulled me over. He stuttered a bit then said I pulled out in front of a semi to close. I asked then how far ahead should I be by law. Stuttered some more so threw out random car lengths. So yea my interpretation is cops are charge hunters looking to drive up revenue. Occasionally do some good fighting real crimes. someday soon grass will be legal, and this shows what a waste of time for these cops to go after this.
@StandWatie1862 Жыл бұрын
@shaystern2453 It's legal now. It's prohibition is what's illegal. The criminal government has no right to make it illegal.

Let this be a lesson to everyone, even the cops. Record everything and stand up for your rights! The best thing to come out of this technology we all carry around these days is that camera. The cops are still slow to figure this out. Cops, stop violating people right! People, stop letting cops violate your rights! Keep up the good work and keep us updated.

FIRE THE COPS, CONVICT THEM AND SEND TO PRISON FOR MANY YEARS, THE SAME WITH THE CHIEF!

I hope this case goes to trial. Sue those sorry SOBs and demand they fire the cops and the chief of police. I hope your clients get a ton of money from the county.

Sadly these cases seldom go to trial and settlement are private.

@@chrisbudesa It's gonna vary state to state, but generally settlement agreements with government bodies are public record. You're right that these cases rarely go to trial though.

I love this channel. Great stuff. My brother is a police officer. You know what makes his job infinitely harder? Crappy, unethical, overly emotional police officers. He HATES THEM. No good officer is afraid of accountability. I will be taking my police test soon. I hope if I join the force, I can help push things in the right direction, but I fear one or two good officers, isn’t going to solve this. We need change on the administrative level.

Absolutely the best of luck to you. We need police officers with your commitment to integrity. However, here in West Virginia, your mission might very well feel like shoveling s**t against the tide with a bad back and a small shovel!

Because America no longer believes we have a second constitutional right, with thus allows the immediate, and PERMANENT REMOVAL of tyrants from this country with that right. No no. Bankrupt yourself against qualified immunity, in corrupt courts, with Strongly Worded Letters. Or, if you get really lucky, in a really specific, unbelievably obvious scenario like this one, MAYBE no immunity.
