Cops these days won’t run up to a vehicle like that and open the door and pull them out. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes to get them out and cuffed

That cop was blast approaching the vehicle on felony stop without see the suspects hands. Without waking them exit the vehicle first before approaching basically.

Said it before, I'll say it again. I would like to see 'Where are they now' episodes of Cops. Good guys and bad guys. I've googled names of cops from old episodes, hard to google the 'suspects'.

It depends where you are nowdays. In some states it is still a felony with 3-10 years in jail, in others it is a ticket and confiscation, and a very few it is just plain legal. Know the law if you go to a state you are unfamiliar with.
