The deputies themselves should be arrested for sex crimes. There was no lawful reason for forcing the woman to expose her organs in a public manner. Had the woman herself had walked outside of her home naked prior to the deputies arrival, she would be arrested for indecent exposure. Therefore, since she was forced to expose her genitalia in public, the deputies should themselves be arrested on those charges.
