This is why bikers run. those bikers were simply waiting there, all of them had license plates, lights, everything, yet they still get detained and their bikes impounded! yes, we didn't see what happened before, but the chances that every. single. damned. biker. was doing anything that warranted seizure is very low. Then the cop has the audacity to say "hey, if you expose us for unlawful detainment and search and seizure, we know who you are!"
