while the mimic tear boss itself isn't difficult should you be having trouble with it, just unequip all your gear(don't worry about talismans) before entering the fog gate. it'll spawn naked, and then you just need to reequip your stuff or you can have a naked fist fight with yourself

Would NOT recommend fist fighting. The A.I. is weirdly good... Simply unequip your weapons b4 going in and reequip after entering. Leaving the gear on is fine.

I found equipping a ranged weapon, entering the arena, then equipping a melee weapon once the mimic has formed worked a treat. It just tries to use ranged attacks. I used a crossbow.

I couldn't have made it to the end without Mimic's Tear, easily the best game design decision Fromsoft ever made. Sure, it's going to trigger some gidguders because it's basically the easy mode (some end game bosses are still really hard because of their endless AOE spam) but for a regular fan of the series it's a bliss.

In the area you killed the last 2 gargoyles there is a broken sarcofagus towards the end of the "arena"... go interact with it and it will teleport you on the undergrounds of the elden tree.

@@aydenlumbre4550 make sure you get Rotten Breath Incarntation, it will make the fight so much easier, second phase is harder since you have to dodge his homing meteors. If you have quick step/bloodhound step it will be a piece of cake to dodge his meteor. I just beat him today in 5 tries GL fellow Tarnished!

There's a rune video where you kill an elder dragon super easy and that will give you a heart then make sure you have I think 15 INT and 12 ARC so you can use Rotten Breath. Wait for a chance to use it when Radahn has his back to you. 2 stacks and you'll watch his health drop. Second phase just repeat and keep summoning the NPCs. Mind the giant purple orbs he summons and of course when he goes full meteor mode. Best thing I did second phase was get 1 stack on him and run around the edges of the map until the purple orbs are used then run up and get the last stack. Then just avoid him until his health drops to zero.

A nice cheese strat for radahn is go get the rotten breath incantation and use it against him at most you'll just need to hit him twice per phase but I was able to do one good hit per phase. Also utilize the summons takes aggro away from you and you can pelt him with arrows or spells if you want

You actually DON'T need to beat Radahn. I can't remember where I found it, but I got teleported to the bridge just before the mimic tear. I know because I was trying to beat the two gargoyle bosses to get to a farm area so I could farm some to beat Radahn, but I can't remember for the life of me where the port was. I'm scouring places I've already explored trying to find it for my friends. In fact, I only found this video trying to find the location of the portal I used. I'd give more info, but I had no idea that the portal had gone unnoticed by others, and I found it probably 50 hours of ingame time ago. EDIT: It's not the 4 Belfries location. You can get to the mimic tear before beating Radahn, which you can't do using the 4 Belfries port.

I found a single topic on Reddit with someone talking about the same teleport as myself, but they can't remember where it is either. It looks like it's most likely in the Siofra River though. I've been combing the area with Torrent trying to find it again. Has me wondering if it's a one-time teleport or something, tbh. I know it was one-way for sure.

I had already cleared most of Nokron (other than missing this branch where the summon was located) but was unable to beat the gargoyle duo. I'm going to upgrade this summon and use it to murder those gargoyles. I have a Faith build and will be equipping some nasty incantations for the mimic summon to use on them.

you can summons D's brother if you have the armor and if that fails there's an easy way to cheese the gargoyles - find out by accident - if you get them to turn their backs the ledge (to the right of the doorway as you enter), they will hop backwards on one of their attacks and just fall to their death.I died to them a bunch, then I geared up, got the D quest line done, beefed up my summons and was ready to go - got in there and the first guy fell off the ledge at the very beginning. lol.

The reason why you are not getting the double fight is because you have to enter the castle manually not on portal etc, 2 those people who are not getting the radahn battle is because they havent encounter blade , the “werewolf”

My guy just found the reason you don't get dual fights is if you kill the magma wyrm up north and talk to the lady at the grace after the elevator just figured it out to help my lady like 5 mins ago hope this helps

Fight Radahn without the NPCs and he is a lot easier. Stay close to him and roll under his attacks if you're a melee fighter. I took him close to the mountains so he didn't have as much space to ride around. You can also try getting on the tree branch sticking out of the mountain which will make him fall to his death. I couldn't get on to the branch so I just had to fight him 😂

Thank God by the time I was actually down to fight Radahn I was level 72. Probably the easiest boss I've ever fought. The people I summoned during the fight took probably 1/3 of his health, and I was doing probably 500 damage with light swings on my horse. First try that beat them thank God but it was weird because I had to crucible knight there to fight, but after I beat the Respec lady at the academy, when I came back the festival started so I wasn't able to beat The crucible knight

The mimic was super easy to cheese. I have incantations for support skills only and the mimic seems very likely to use any spells/incantations, so the mimic kept spamming cure poison and rarely did running attack that were easy to dodge. I had the Golden Halberd and just kept doing jump attacks.

So you killed the twin Gargoyle. You should advance to the giant waterfall and on your left there is another lost grace. And most importantly, you can get into a stone coffin which takes you to the ‘heaven’ and you can fight more tough bosses, and copy one of your boss Ashe. I’m just a bored guy who running around all corner of the maps.

If your having trouble with Radahn kill a dragon I recommend the white dragon next to fort faroth won’t the uchigatana go to the cathedral of dragon communion grab rotten breath then at the radahn fight summon half of the summons and while he’s distracted with them use rotten breath he really close and hold down L1 till your fp runs out after that just wait at half health dodge him coming down from the sky then summon the other half while he’s distracted again use it while he’s distracted use it run away and watch him die slowly

Can get this at level 1 without killing anything (other than the mimic). 4 Belfries tower. Take teleporter. Fast travel to Table. Alt+F4 while loading. Reload game and you are at the door for the mimic. Unequip all your gear and its fists vs you fully geared once you put your stuff back on. Fists do terrible damage so you can sit and take it while the mimic is punching you.

Rotbone Arrows work well too with Arrow's Sting, Lance and Arrow's Reach Talismans. Did it with a simple longbow +7. it's longer but easier because you can keep distance in horseback.

No the duo fight at the castle is only active if you go inside it yourself and not with the teleporter at the bridge just for reference it’s misbegotten warrior and cruciable knight and they give you a legendary weapon
