It has good offense in its attack and defense, but like many other Pokemon it takes too much work and dedication to make it at all useful. The stats need to be focused better, either make it awfully slow and boost the attacks so it's a decent Trick Room Pokemon or take from one of the offensive stats and beef up its defenses.

People are actually stalling the timer because a timeout only calculates how healthy your team is in determining the winner. This decision has made comebacks a lot more difficult to facilitate. Since each turn has a maximum of one minute, people are forced to make rushed decisions.
