Yeah like honestly, I don't really know what could me calm down as much as ASMR. Normal relaxing videos on KZbin like nature sounds, sleep music, binaural sounds, white noise and sleep meditations are nice, but ASMR really gives the variety that we really need, so much stuff to look out for and something for everyone!
