Im looking to purchase a business in N.Y. I have 2 LLCs, one in FL. and another in Wyoming that I can use for the purchase The business is an S corp. Do I need to purchase the business using an LLC ? Im looking to sign an NDA as well. Do you recommend filling it out with an LLC, or will just my name and address be ok for the NDA ?

15:15 Hey Aiden, thanks for answering my question. But in the time it takes to form an LLC (since I have to form the LLC first), can’t someone else trademark my name? I thought it’d be more secure trademarking first, then forming LLC. But like you said, it makes sense that the applicant has to exist first.

I'm so confused why authors/ artists would even require something like a copyright for their works or creations. In my opinion, they would invalidate & unconstitute themselves from even being an artist at all upon obtaining the rights to copyright. Leading their decision to alter their appearance towards more of a debt collector or a sales person & not an artist. An an actual 'true' artist (Which I'm not sure if one of those even exists at all in our present day time) should hear someone offer them 6 thousand dollars too produce this or that. The real artist would hear that & would be like "Your gonna gimme 6 thousand... 'what' if I make a that or this?? I don't get it. What are 'Doll - Lurrs' is that what you said? Doll - Lurrs or did you say Daw - lerz? Munny? what do you mean Munny ?? pieces of paper with pictures of people on them called presidents? rectangle greenish pieces papers? Look how about this, you said you wanted me to paint a 12 X 8 portrait of that but with all of 'this' surrounding the base of the 'that'? I can easily oil paint that up for you no problem. In return I just need you to enjoy it & appreciate it's existence maybe even hang it where you know others will adore it's texture & detail. Or even figure out a way to mass produce copies of it that way others can hang it up for even more to behold my masterpiece but I'm good on your rectangular president papers, I could easily just design something like that myself. I'll make 6 thousand individual unique & detailed 'color-water dollars' painted with water colors because I can because I'm an artist who likes to make things that I think of using creativity without even considering something like profit or income..
