For the people saying it doesn’t fit, it only doesn’t fit to you because you’re not allowing yourself to think outside the lines of what you’ve been programmed to believe church talk music should sound like. While you may not particularly like this approach respect the fact that somebody is brave enough to push beyond the boundaries and think outside the box. Use this as inspiration to create. ...haters gone hate. Speak Bishop. Its only really distracting to us that play cause we the ones gone hear all that going on...ive realized years ago some musicians just talk and hear God on a different frequency, i see nothing wrong here but there is a thinnnn line between playing in the flesh and playing the "perfect" talk music whatever that sounds like...dont worry, lol we can trust Mike will take good care of the service.....Dont complain now...all these musicians sound the same, play the same stuff, study the same sht n e way....the man comes shows you something different......nevermind.

At least he is expanding his musical approach. Some of these gospel cats sound the same it's boring. That's why over the years I admire the great jazz pianist and keyboardist because in there craft....they evolve everytime they play

This was a dope piece Mike was playing no doubt but I’m with @Danthomas829 it didn’t fit or compliment the speaker. At any giving moment I was expecting a mass shooting to happen😆

I share this sentiment fully. I am not a fan if this type of classical music outside of film scoring; it's a bit busy & discordant, but it's MIKE BEREAL, so by default, it's absolutely next level necessary! lol

I agree and disagree for one cause your average church person or musician would say this didn’t fit cause this a church setting we are so accustomed to hearing the organ talk music which we all would say would’ve fit this moment better. But let’s pretend like this was not a church setting the way it did fit cause it sounds like Bishop is really telling a story almost as if I’m watching a movie and Bishop is the narrator of the story.

Smh like bro I don’t get it… I got a beast legend musician homie like this too.. his name was soo big for soo long but I noticed dude never changed and still stayed in the same place as a musician literally and figuratively and is just basically a Ego maniac.. like Mike is a legend still and I learned a LOT from him.. but I can’t get with this different wave he on and all the different approaches to songs.. just play the song man that ppl used to hearing.. smh
