So very sorry for the loss of your gorgeous dog. On the last day when I had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl I took her to her favourite place on the river at the bottom of our field, we chatted and enjoyed the views before I put her into the car and took her to the vet where I held her in my arms as she passed. They leave such a big hole when they leave us

You gave Cora the greatest expression of love that you could. You said goodbye to her while she still had joy in her eyes. Before I let my Candy Spaniel go, I used to tell her to wait by the gate. I’m sure Cora is doing the same. They would’ve been great friends. Candy’s passion for sticks knew no bounds. It looks like Cora‘s didn’t either. It’s so unfortunate that the price of a wonderful dog is heartbreak. But it’s also so worth it.❤

My dog Alexa's legs became paralyzed, and it was due to cancer that had gotten to her spine . I remember carrying her to the front yard and put her in the grass , so that she could she the grass , sky and butterflies one last time. Even though she was in pain she was so happy to be with me in the grass. I miss all my pets that have past . I found them all , and the were all so wonderful .

So sorry you lost your Cora she was a beautiful dog. Beautiful video too, it made me tear up. I've had many animals my own, friend's and neighbor's pets I had strong bonds with too. It never gets any easier when they have to leave us. To go back home in heaven. They'll all be waiting for us too. Healthy and young again having a ball. Running, playing, and chasing butterflies, rabbits etc.

This one got me. Your Cora and my Isabel looked like siblings. I’ve been blessed to have grown up around and have owned several of these beautiful dogs. Isabel died 15 months ago. I’ve found the hardest thing about owning a GSD is watching them close their eyes that last time. Maybe one day we’ll be together again. Thank you for sharing Cora’s tribute. It was beautiful.

This is sooooo sad. We were at he vets last week, with one of our cats. A woman was there crying her eyes out and then her husband went and bought out this beautiful l/h shepherd, whom they had had to put to sleep aged 13. The whole place was in tears

We are so sorry for your loss! We had to give "End of Life Care" to our Vlad, on January 19th, my Birthday. He was only 6 1/2 years old! Cancer is HORRIBLE! It was the hardest thing we have ever done. GOD BLESS YOU ALL! We WILL see them AGAIN!!!!!!!🙏✝️💙😇🌈🐺💯

I lost my boy, the most handsome staffy in the world, Sherman, last Tuesday. Cancer got him, and I couldn’t watch him fight anymore. He stopped eating, wasn’t interested in anything, and I made the heartbreaking decision to euthanise him. I am heartbroken. He kissed me before he passed, and I will hold onto that until I see him again. I’m sorry for your loss. What a beautiful girl she was ❤

What a beautiful memorial video and tribute to your precious girl named Cora. As I sit here and watched it it brought tears to my eyes. I'm a extreme dog lover myself and still struggle with the loss of my Rottweilers that I've had in my life. She was a very blessed dog to have you as her companion and guardian. I could see the special bond and love that the two of you shared. It's very obvious. My heart goes out to you and all who Loved her. My last Rottweilers name was Titan. He passed away a little over 3 years ago and I still tear up and cry from time to time. My Hope and prayer for you is that God will help you move to a place where you can begin the healing process after you grieve. Grief is the price we pay for love. I let all four of my Rottweilers know about Cora and they welcomed her to the rainbow bridge and into heaven and I believe that someday you will be reunited with her. God bless sister❤

We just lost our English Mastiff 2 weeks ago & the grief is just so hard, my heart hurts. Kidney failure. He knew he was loved & he knew he was sick. Cora definitely knew she was loved, you saw it in her eyes. It just is gut wrenching that they get sick. He was doing so well, we always prayed that he would go naturally & go in his sleep. 😭
