Love the floors love the first bath and bedroom of course the rain head. Don’t care for green. Love the closets. Love the kitchen and cabinets. Great laundry room great duel air handler access from the garage good idea. I like the tile in the pool bath. I love how the dining rooms are right off the kitchen island overlooking the pool. Love the outdoor area pool spa.

@@jhill1023 about 10% of all gulf access properties in Cape Coral are going to be direct gulf access and that’s what you need. You need to be down in the yacht club area or on the spreader. They are currently removing the lock as well at Cape Harbor so that opens up some areas there that you may be interested in. @ we are still 6-8 months from moving, I’m just keeping my eye on locations that interest my wife and I. We also like PCB, where we also own a condo. You do a great job, most the properties that you profile with a video are out of my price range, although, for us, the property will dictate our price, I’m just trying to be in the 8’s anticipating work that will need to be done to make the place ours, even newly updated homes are not really our style. (Honestly, my wife’s style… 🤣). I just want a boat dock with direct access to deep water. That said, we’re only looking now, we will not be serious about moving for another 5 months, that way we can sell our home here in KY and plan our move. I’ll keep watch your (and others) videos. I appreciate your efforts, so thank you…

Floating toilet bowl scares me, what is the weight limit? otherwise really impressive house and really nice detailed work. Been looking to move to Florida in about 2 years and wife and I have been visiting and looking at locations. this is one of the nicest houses we looked at and we have looked at hundreds.

I agree, gas is difficult to find in a Cape Coral build, propane only and it is always a requested upgrade.
