Used to work for a delivery place and we DREADED delivering to "Eagle Trace". Multi-Million dollar homes and the customers wouldn't tip us as drivers. Sat in a line at the security gate too. Speed bumps throughout and actual speed traps if you exceeded 15 M.P.H.

Why do you "expect" a tip to do your job. It's not like you are waiting their table. Tips are voluntary not mandatory and usually given when service is exceptional not just for doing your job. I hope you don't deliver for a parcel service or amazon. Like the tip jars at the gas station and sub shops. Now food delivery is different bc you are saving them a trip to pick it up themselves.

It's built out. It's overrated and iverpriced,14 year resident. One mall and nothing dtays open. Not a "suburb"of Fort Lauderdale. Nowhere near Fort Lauderdale or intercostal.

Great school system is subjective. I would never see my kids to Coral Springs high school. Demographics have become a real problem
