I was wondering when you’d dip your toes into this style. I believe you’ll get much more traffic with this kind of content. Great job 👍🏽

CorConsult Rx: Evidence-Based Medicine I don’t doubt it. I’ve noticed your KZbin page doesn’t get the traction it deserves with the value of content you guys put out. Keep going at it 👏🏽

Very nice video. Quick question: If the patient has moderate persistent asthma with acute symptoms will you start from for step 3? will you use Symbicort (low-dose ICS-LABA) as a controller medication to prevent asthma attacks and as a reliever when acute symptoms occur? So just one medication but will be used more frequently? Thanks!

Natalie K that’s a great question! The GINA guidelines just provided a statement about this. Basically, if someone needs to be on a LABA/ICS daily as a controller, they would go back to albuterol as PRN treatment. They don’t want somebody using Symbicort PRN and scheduled as a controller (or using 2 LABAs at the same time). I hope that answers your question.
