'Infinite' Euphoria by Ferry Corsten. One of the most unconventional and probably most artistic mixes ever compiled. Especially daring for the Euphoria series. Everything from film scores to House and Breaks, and of course Trance. The mixing and build-up to this track on that album is nothing short of breathtaking.

During quarantine I made my first mix in 10 years, and it was a tribute mix of all on my favorite pieces of work that Ferry worked on. I was looking for other tracks deep in his catalog that I had missed, and discovered this beautiful gem. I had never seen or heard of it previously. It was an emotional experience to incorporate this song into my mix, as I could not get through listening to it without crying. I listened to parts of it over and over again while editing, and cried every time. Truly heavenly.

The breakdown in this is just beyond stunning. So much atmosphere and patience. It makes me picture blue moving head lights sweeping over a crowd that's lost in embrace with their friends and loved ones. This old music is pure magic. Has to be one of the top 50 finest trance records ever recorded.
