Nice video 👌🏾 but there is no difference in the Wahl Cordless series but the blades and the top cover. If you look inside the clippers they are exactly identical. Same motor, same lithium ion batteries!!!

I've been telling people Wahl is always selling the same clippers.. The Seniors have been released in half a dozen different cases and re-named to something else to fool people to thinking it's something new. You don't need to open the cover to check the motor, as it's mentioned on the box that it's a v9000 motor. Same thing with the cordless series containing a rotary motor.

Vinyl gloves are always a necessity. Good choice to use gloves don't forget to protect your arms when you are wearing short sleeves or you will still get hair splinters.

Sterling 4 has a taper blade.(not the same as 5 star,5 star has fade blade). Magic clip is similar but the cutting guide teeth are jagged so its called snaggletooth blade and designer has a designer blade like it always has..not trying to hate just your putting out wrong information

okay, so I need you to break down the difference between the magics and the zr. I currently use 76s but they are really heavy and I want to go cordless. I work 40 hours in a salon and do quite a few bald fades, but I've got a few older gentlemen too who like their classic cuts. which would you recommend? thanks!!!

i think i commented on this before search through comments! but anyway the Zr's are lightweight compared to the 76's & feel comfortable in the hand similar to the old coke bottle shape in the middle.

Few questions, why did you get the Andis Supra ZR over the Oster Octane? And do you feel that the detachable blades on the Andis Supra ZR get hot really fast? Thanks for the review! RIP to your trimmers. Haha

i like the octanes they're the closes in power for a cordless clipper to the 76's, but i chose the ZR's because there lighter & much quiter. I use the andis ceramic blades but i have oster and regular andis ones to they all get hot but the ceramic may last a little longer before they hit up if you spray them b4 use. hope i answered your questions.

Try the slime line pros from Andis... Hands down the best cordless trimmer... Put a 6 out balder blade on the designers!! Cordless balder clippers changes the game massively!

Chitown Jay all clippers snag if you are aggressive with them got to have a steady speed to avoid that issue but if your starting out the Designers should be good

Good vid. My condolences on the blade on the outliners. It happens lol. Have 2 questions. Trying to go all cordless with my clippers and trimmers. I only cut my hair for home use. Not a barber. I know its OD but was looking at the cordless Magic Clip. How low can it cut? I rock a baldie and have been using Wahl Detailers (corded. Read about the cordless ones. Too many people not feeling them too hard) to do the job finishing it up with Andis Profoils. 2nd question...have u tried the Andis Pro Li's? Said to be good cordless trimmers.

the magic's come with a fade blade which cuts close about a 0000 or 00000 right above trimmers which are 000000 in barber terms. you said you rock a baldie so you might want to look into wahl 5star balding clippers, but you want to go cordless. the andis Li is a good cordless trimmer i used it for a good amount of work but its made flimsy so the switch mightb brake but they still work excellent if you do get them i recommend swapping you detailer blade on them. good luck.

SHIGGIDY IGS/BMF the blade is the biggest difference even though internally they are virtually identical. magics is a stagger tooth fade blade which is awesome and the sterlings blade is pretty standard and it doesn't feel as though it moves as fast in my hand compared to the Magic's in opinion.

yes andis slimline pro & slimline 2 i haven't tried the Li's version as of yet, and I've been working on getting the new Bevel trimmers. I do like the slim pro though but the batteries are trash

All of the barbers I've seen have lots of tools.. they would have 3 - 4 fading clippers, 3 outliners, etc. The fading clippers like the ones we see here have different blades. Stagger-tooth, surgical, and taper blades.
