To enjoy that food I would need a quiet corner and have nobody at all standing at the end of my table shouting out ingredients. Quiet. Piece. Calm. Smell. Colours. Taste.

Absolutely stunning food , worthy of its 3 stars. I'll bet the bill was very painful though... £800/850 per couple ? That's an awful lot of cash to count out for a meal.

Core is technically one of the cheaper starred tasting menus. Around 130 per head. I used to work at one of London’s most expensive per head and it was 300 plus a 300 deposit each

Polite suggestion, if I’m paying 2.000 pounds plus for a meal for four why would I want my back too the kitchen , put in Vegas style half circle steak house booths facing the Kitchen ! Or Go too a really good gastro Bistro and pocket 1500 £ 😊
