Thanks Luis! Yeah so far with my first trail in Moab it is significantly smoother for articulation which is a big reason for the change! I’m excited to see how the rest of the week goes to put these control arms through their paces!

Good stuff! And when the time comes for a long arm, may I suggest you give Brian a call at Hepta MFG. He’s a true craftsman and takes great pride in the components he builds.. I got his long arm kit installed in May before Moab. He’s in Washington, UT (St George/Sand Hollow).

Hey bud, thanks for checking out my video! I am very familiar with Brian and Hepta. I definitely see his craftsmanship and pride in his product. I have chatted with him a couple times and seems like a great guy from those times. I’m hoping to run into him at Trail Hero but I’m not gonna stress it, I’m there to wheel and have a blast with friends!

do you know if the axle side joints are the same spec as for the tj dana 44? i ran into source info trouble when i did my control arms.

Good question! I did not look into anything other than the JK since I have the service manual for it. I would have to look into it further when I’m back home!

Why didn't you just upgrade further with the J Krawl stuff?

Hey there GrymmEvil, so I didn’t look much into the J-Krawl control arms for my upgrade. They would have cost about 1500 with tax and shipping and only have a flex joint on one end and a factory style bushing on the other. I wanted to go with Johnny joints on both ends of the control arms as well as upgrade my front and rear track bars and have those with Johnny joints as well. So that is ultimately why I went with core4x4 because of their cost and complete package deal!
