Never played corepunk, but the flat armor and magic resist values tend to suck in the later stages of the game. The percentage buffs normally are better.

The 2% HP/s heal may be real top tier under some circumstances, the avoid death 50% chance may be goldlike too but also useless in the other 50% case (since u die lol)
