I started doing lat pulldowns years ago and it really helped my posture a lot. Doing these from the floor actually looks even harder cause you have to maintain that contraction the whole time!

Loved it. I just did a set of 10 without resistance. Sat down and realized I'm sitting with proper posture :D no slouched shoulders no arched back no poster pelvic tilt. That's a bit mind blowing. 👍🏼

Check out the corexcell 12 link in the details of the video. The key to posture is through the rear delt. This is not completely accurate. Some of the the up to date videos are under (see app exercises and equipment.

I am so sorry that I have not found your channel before. From what i see after watching all your videos I could of avoid the menisectomy... I had a surgery in october last year. Still not strong enough. I will kindly as for some exercises suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Wow. One session has really decreased my shoulder pain. I am a long term climber and have in-balance in both shoulders. Many thanks for this amazing workout. Great detail too

Great video. I wake up every morning with screaming tight trap pain. Any suggestions? Have tried Osteo pillow, side sleeping, no pillow etc.

What are you using here for the pole … width wise if i stick with 32-34” (i.e bike handlebars) width will i get same results …

Very intense exercise - one problem for me, I get vomit coming up my oesophagus and I can barely breath... I have severe kyphosis, probably something to do with that. This is something I’ve experienced with some other exercises that involve making the torso an odd shape.
