As a skateboarder, there's no better feeling than cruising the empty streets of your city in the late hours of the night. No cars, no people, no distractions. It's one of the most freeing experiences you can have on your board. It doesn't matter if you do it alone or with friends, it's something every skateboarder, once experienced, can't ever forget.
This is our attempt at capturing that feeling. Hope you enjoy and then get out and shred!

Corey Duffel I agree. I’m in college and don’t have a car om campus so i find myself taking the bus and skating places all the time. My favorite thing is when I get back to campus at around midnight and the bus stop is right by a 5 story parking garage. I always take the elevator up and hill bomb to the bottom just doing shuv its, 180s, hitting manny pads and of course pushing as fast as i can. After I saw this part i took a bus from santa cruz to downtown san jose and skated all night with no goal in mind other than to keep skating. Thanks for making a part like this. I hope to catch you in walnut creek one day ;)

Same here. a few years ago I did this around my neighborhood at 2am. I heard a guy yelling "I'm trying to sleep here!" lol but yeah just skating around like that and doing whatever tricks come to mind is one of the best feelings ever. I'll probably do it again but pick a better spot next time haha

I grew up in Concord/Walnut Creek and you can’t even imagine the amount of nostalgia this brings. I used to work for the Christmas light company and we wrapped the trees at 1:40. I used to skate that rock spot after middle school at 3:09. I had my first kiss at the movie theatre at 3:27. Played countless soccer games at the school at 4:25. I used to live right up the hill from 5:04. This captures the vibe of the area so awesomely especially now that summer is over. This video is incredible for so many reasons. Skating around at night is my favorite thing, I love 12-6 am, no people no destructions it’s freeing, don’t gotta worry about life it’s just a way to escape. This video really shows what it’s life just to skate when the sun goes down and I love it, with the bart train in the beginning and all the parking garages and lights it’s amazing, filmed fantastically and the skating was phenomenal! Like I say to the kids spending hours trying to land their flipity flop tricks at baby-crawling speed, Skateboards have wheels for a reason. Get out there, push. See your city. Tricks are just circus antics with an attitude. Skateboarding is about the joy of movement. This is the best video I have seen all year.
