@@lukepitt233 Ahah I don´t agree at all. Snuff is a very basic composition my dude, only uses one scale, you can make a song lke that in 1 afternoon. Noel Gallagher writes complex stuff. Corey will never touch something like "Don´t look back in anger", even if it´s a pop song. Noel gallagher uses very sofisticaded song writing, you should check Rick Beato channel. He analyzes a lot of rock songs and you won´t see Corey mentioned. Corey big virtue was his voice because on the 90s they found he could make all these deep growls and insane screaming. Even Corey didn´t know about it as he said several times. But that´s about it. Slipknot as a whole is an amazing band but it´s not because of Corey. is because of heavy teamwork. Noel or Kurt Cobain could carry a career alone on their back for decades, not Corey.

Allereerst dank voor deze geweldige registratie! Nondejuu wat is dit genieten. Taylor is nog steeds een showmannetje met een geweldige strot. Niets aan deze vent is nep, hij gaat soms door diepe dalen en iedere stap doet hem pijn. Fijn hem met zo'n big smile te zien genieten en alle blije koppies hebben m hopelijk weer energie gegeven om de volgende depressie te weerstaan. ❤🤘🏻

@@Iefooow Vooral met Slipknot gaat het er vaak ruig aan toe. Alle sprongen en valpartijen hebben geleid tot vele kneuzingen en breuken. Hij heeft dit meerdere keren aangegeven in interviews. Op een foto van ongeveer een half jaar geleden zag Corey er schrikbarend slecht uit en heeft hij toen ook een gedeelte van zijn Tour moeten cancelen. De man was gewoon op en z'n vrouw en de drijfveer om muziek te maken en te schrijven heeft 'm uit dat dal getrokken. De man is inmiddels dacht ik vijftig en vooral Slipknot is gewoon te vergelijken met topsport. Z'n stembereik is fantastisch en z'n performance voor zijn fans ook. Zoals hij hier stond na een half jaar is eigenlijk onmogelijk. Dit was een blije verrassing.

I still think Snuff is one of Slipknot's best songs because of how emotional and meaningful it is for Corey and largely different it was for the band as a whole but maybe that's just me being biased since it was one of the first songs of theirs I ever heard when I was 12 years old.

As a guy born and raised in Brasil, I don't know why I feel so connected to Corey's music. But I know it has been a fundamental part of my life. And watching this show was like a really long cliffhanger. I felt on the edge the entire time. I fell when he performed "Home" dedicated to his wife. I haven't felt so emotional for a long time. There is something so beautiful about being in 2024 and living in this moment.
