I am Bajan. When i am in Barbados for more than a week , I get a slight accent. When i am in America , I have a NewYork accent after a week. People sometimes do this. I know a lot of Jamaicans who went to elocution classes to speak British English . People change accents based on environment. As far as what he is saying, you cant take everything he say as the truth but i would certainly think a lot of what he is saying is true .
