This recipe is made of coriander leaves, mint leaves and ginger. It is a tasty chutney as well as good for the stomach. Cumin and fennel seeds also play a great role for the health.
This recipe is good for an upset stomach. But it is a yummy chutney which is served with chapati, dosa, samosa, bhajiya etc.
Ingredients:-
Coriander leaves - 1cup
Mint leaves - half cup
Ginger - half inch
Roasted gram dal - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1tsp
Fennel seeds -1tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Method:-
1. Clean and wash the coriander and mint leaves.
2. Add all ingredients into a mixer grinder jar and grind it well.
3. Home-made simple chutney is ready.
4. If you need spicy 🔥 then you can add 1- 2 chillies. And making for your kids then no need to add chilli.
