This time, the Kyoto Club features a curry duel between the manager and a member.
Budget: Within 3000 yen (excluding spices)
Time limit: Two hours (excluding preparation)
With these loose rules, the manager had already sautéed the onions, and the member had marinated the meat.
They could make any curry they wanted, but it was typical of the Kyoto Club that they both ended up making mutton curry.
The manager skillfully used a pressure cooker, while the member followed their mother's (supposedly?) advice to "add garam masala at the end."
