Just found your channel, love your reviews!! I live in the suburbs of Memphis (originally from Michigan) and we go to Corky’s or Central BBQ at least once a month for our BBQ fix. Our 9 year old granddaughter loves Corky’s ribs, we always take her with us. Keep up the great videos!

You are right the one in Pigeon Forge can't compare to the Corky's in Memphis. We have never been to the one in Memphis but I'm liking the menu and atmosphere there. The chicken and pulled pork looked amazing! What a feast! Carly said the banana pudding looked delicious! The prices were very reasonable for the food you got there. If they are lunch portions I can only imagine the dinner portions. Great video!

It was soo good. Carly would love the banana pudding and believe me all three of you could eat off same plate. The ribs with the dry rub were so good. Bobbie doesn't like it that way but this place is famous for that. Everything great here not like Pigeon Forge. But make sure you try the spaghetti also. Next video when we go back in January will be Blues City on Beale it is great also. 😎😎

Guys just got through watching one of your videos where you at Corky's barbecue in Memphis Tennessee we had one of those in Brentwood Tennessee I used to go every Saturday night then they close the doors for some reason and I've been going to Martin's barbecue ever since guys again congratulations on all your views y'all always find interesting places to go keep it up God bless

Onion loaf is thinly sliced, breaded then pack in a loaf pan and cooked. When you eat it you pull it apart

You are not missing anything on the West Coast very underwhelmed on my trip. I ordered Corky's ribs on QVC. I like dry rub but mine didn't look that good

I lived in Memphis for a summer. We ate at Corkys at least twice a week. We did Neeleys BBQ one night and got their BBQ spaghetti it was good, Rendavous Ribs are good too, but none beat Corkys! Corkys is the absolute bomb for BBQ! I prefer wet ribs instead of dry, but it’s all great!

We have many small bbq places in Memphis that are worth trying and better than Corky’s in my opinion. One of our favorites is Elwoods Shack. He makes a brisket pizza that is worth the trip!!!! We also have Baby Jacks and Germantown Commissary. Hope you will be back to try them!

My kind of place, spaghetti and all looks yummy, im not a fan of the dry rub either, I've been to the one in Pigeon Forge when I lived there once, but would always go to Smoky Joe's on the river in Townsend sit on the back porch on the river, no longer there I don't think, thanks for another great review!

This place has won a lot of awards ! 🏆 What is Onion Loaf and loaded chicken potato ? What a lot of interesting food choices. Everything looked so good. Your waitress did a good job, checking back in with you guys so often. The prices were decent too. Looks like you hit the jackpot with this restaurant. 👍🏼👍🏼

The onion 🧅 loaf is kinda like the Blooming onion from Outback but it’s a loaf instead of a blossom. Basically fried onions breaded and served with a sauce.

Check out Marlowes just down the road from The Guest House at Graceland! It’s a left out of the hotel an about 1-2 miles down the road on the right. Big pink pig in front! Elvis ate there a lot! Food is great, reasonably priced and huge potions! The Elvis burger is the bomb!

I’ve been there several times prior to Covid but that was the emptiest I’ve ever seen it. Usually you needed a reservation or you would wait at least a hour. I guess Covid has taken its toll.

So I’m not sure if that’s just the difference between the lunch versus dinner menu or if they have really scaled back because of Covid. Perhaps a bit of both.
