'Lobsters' is a song that reflects on an old Irish tale. At a seafood restaurant in the west of Ireland, a customer approaches the tank to decide which lobster they would like to eat. “That pot is very shallow…”, they say, “surely the lobsters would be able to escape?” Overhearing this the perplexed owner responds; “Sure howdya mean? These are Irish lobsters - if one tries to get out the others will drag’em back down.”
