Hi Maangchi! I'm a Korean living in the United States, I was adopted so I don't know that much about Korea or its culture. I'd like to thank you for sharing the food and the experiences of Korea with everyone. It's like I'm being able to experience the life I was never able to see. Also this corn cheese was a great way to use up some fresh corn I didn't know what to do with!

There’s a Mexican street vendor by my boyfriend’s house that sells grilled corn with what I think is sour cream, parmesan cheese, and some chili powder. Sometimes I make it at home with some jack cheese and a can of Rotel tomatoes. It is so good for midnight munchies! It really satisfies in a deep psychological way that is hard to describe. I will have to try your version. Especially browning it in the oven at the end, genius!

I got addicted to corn cheese when I lived and worked in Korea. There was a great BBQ restaurant not too far from my work/home that always served corn cheese as a side dish. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. xxx

콘치즈 만들 때 항상 사먹는 것과 다르게 부족한 느낌이 들었는데 콘과 야채의 물기를 제거하지 않아 물이 생기던게 문제였네요...! 망치님 레시피로 재도전 해보겠습니다!!
