For those asking - you eat these like ribs. Cob being the bone. Can you eat the cob? No, corn cobs are not digestible. They are composed of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin (primary substances which make up the cell walls of plants), which are largely indigestible.

I made these and they are the AWESOME! I deep fried first then added pepper, salt, and butter after. Imagine Mexican street corn topping, MMMMMM! Will definitely make these again!! I will try this method next.

Love corn ribs but not kean on making the ribs almost took the left index finger at top knuckle. Drove myself to Emergency and 3 hours later I'm in having micro and plastic surgery. But I will be slithering your seasoning on my steamed cobbs😅

No, the cob is too tough to eat. To eat the corn ribs bite the corn kernels off of the cob just like you would when eating corn on the cob.
