Wont you start treatment regardless of hutchinson rule, hutchinson rule is used to determine whether or not this is herpes zoster opthalmicus and for referral to an opthalmologist right?

I now have corneal ulcers in both eyes I was given tetracaine from the ER two bottles of tetracaine and after 2 days of using the drops I could not see the ER had originally diagnosed me with bacterial conjunctivitis which later on I was told I did not have that I had reported to the ER with severe sensitivity to light and severe nerve pain in the eyes and in the head I even had bruising under both eyes due to such severe inflammation

Now I have no vision in my left eye and half Vision I used to in my right eye I can't drive because I am so sensitive to light in your opinion do you think the teacher can play the part in this

Mam , how is the serpiginous ulcer due to pnuemococci different from dendritic ulcer seen in herpes simplex keratitis __ like morphology wise ? And one more question __ mam , why psuedomonas ulcers do not fluoresce under cobalt blue filter ? I heard about it in a lecture by an ophthalmologist on the online platform .
