I do mine a little differently because it causes less water to accumulate during cooking from the corn beef....I cook the corn beef first, to almost crispy...all excess water will be gone....then remove from pan, then cook the potatoes and onions until potatoes are turning crispy. (I don't peel my potatoes)....then add the corn beef back, cook together, serve.....thank you....its just my preference.....
