The way this would be done photoshop wise is film the train approaching on a tripod or something steady and after the train leaves film saving the guy. I’d hate for this to be fake as it’s great to see, but stuff is getting more realistic with every passing year. It being staged isn’t out of the question. It doesn’t look like a security camera which is why I’m skeptical. I’ve only seen this video in portrait mode.

No one was actually in danger, because: 1. "Security footage" is too clear. 2. The guy doesn't have suicidal intentions as he doesn't hesitate to follow the other guy out. 3. He wasn't stuck or unconscious in any way, he could get out whenever he wanted. 4. We see no train except for the sound effect that we don't know for sure it's the train coming.
