If you make a sphere out of those pointing outwards, the inside of the sphere would be protected from external radio intererences ?

Yes, if you enclose it with a metal, penetration into the metallic sphere will be very minimal. Microwave ovens work the same wave, they have a metal cage preventing radiation outside the microwave. Of course it depends on the wavelength of operation and material skin depth.

You mean the actual physical simulation or the video? For actual simulation using GPU can speed up the whole process

Hi, thanks - it is a simple FDTD simulation with plane wave excitation. Just put the shape as a metal (high conductivity) and then feed with a plane wave.

No there is no paper as it is just simple corner reflector nothing fancy

@@estebancastroavila2819 no I didn't. This one is illuminated by plane wave so completely passive. But similar to what you are asking i have one dish antenna fed by dipole animation. Search for dish antenna gets animation on youtube and you should find it I guess. Thanks
