It wasn't a scoreboard in the car park, it was one of the tall black signs they have erected. Also, Liverpool might not be playing for 15 days but there's is sold out legends game on Saturday which will stop progress 👍 Top footage as usual 😊

Hi Kev, they couldn't start the corner cladding until all the block paving and wall capping was done underneath it. Now that that's done and the ground workers are out of the way, the cladding will be worked on.

You were on it like a shot mate. Great news. It's a big ask to do anything more than get the lifts in place so it's secure and it makes such a difference if they use the seats closest to it that had to be reduced because of safety. This would be massive if for Jurgen's last match we have 200 extra seats as they will be like gold dust

Ahead of the Brighton game we've got the Ajax game at Anfield in seven days time mate, there's 54,000 tickets already sold for that. It obviously won't be as impacted by TV coverage and an influx of media vehicles as much as a Premier League game would be but it will still mean we have to shut down the site and all work for probably two days. One other thing you might want to take a look at, the temporary tarmac section by the gates is being dug up a replaced with brick pavers, same with the tarmac section on the pavement which will also be replaced but with paving slabs 👍

Hi Kev, the corner MS /AR is not a wall, thats the 1st 3 pieces of concrete terrace laid down, follow the diagonal line to the left then you'll see it 👍🏻

Great video mate but let's be honest it's absolutely pathetic how long it takes to do things!!! The corner section will be at least 6 months the speed they work at. Giant piece of cladding, bricks under the window, cladding under the doors all left for months on end!!! Rayner Rowen are a joke and have no experience with stadium construction, they should never have been given this contract!!!

It was only exposed once the old roof was removed. It housed all the stanchion work. This is being converted into seating. The opposite end is where the tv studio is, and therefore a bit different.

Sorry to say mate as your videos used to be very good and quite factual..with lot of littke details, but other youtubers are much better now. Would genuinely love you to do a proper detailed video going through what needs to be done, with some close ups on your superior drone. but the flu must have been getting to you... Plus not being at the site consistently... The cordon is just so no one walks about as disrputs the cleaning and the cleaners know where they have got to, got to clean up too... Work on thd Corner section has been highlighted on other vidoes for ages now... but its been slow, hopefully see some quick progress over the coming days. You missed the new benches going in today... they were on your video but you didnt zoom in as that fella came up to talk.. There is some paving being done which got missed.. by s.gates, & gas.. think some more tidying up is happening.. Some tidying up of brickwork is going on today Someone mentioned cladding, they were up inspecting the major outside corner cladding the other day from the outside, but apparently they are waiting for work underneath to be completed. I dont know how true that is. Im not criticsing. Just miss all your excellent anfield vids and commentary from before. P.s. The scoreboards were infact the signs that were erected recently

I get that mate, as I said at the beginning it is like starting all over again as I have been away from Anfield working on other projects. Also having this heavy cold hasn’t helped things. And on top of that I was pretty much in a rush to get it all recorded, edited and uploaded before leaving for work. Hopefully it’ll improve over the next few days

It will be open to the public, that had to be part of the planning application second time round as it got rejected by the locals first time round as the club didn't have a road on the plans. The old road was never busy it was the odd car every so often so I can see it being similar with this one as well.

I don't see why not. Anfield Road is not a busy road anyway. Mainly used by residents of the neighbouring streets coming and going. It's never going to have queues of traffic trying to negotiate it. Also, although I can't tell from this particular video, I think where the new section of road meets the original Anfield Road, it's the same width. That would tell us that it's no narrower than the rest of the road, or the old section of road it replaced. Anfield Road also has residents parking along it, yet local traffic has no problem getting up and down. I never have when I've driven along. It's just not a busy road for traffic in the week, and it's closed on match days anyway.
