@@hopewyntercooke2574 Yes it will, not to worry. The Bible doesn't say anything about cremated bodies not rising. This idea is not a part of the Christian belief in the resurrection of the dead. In Christianity, the belief in the resurrection and the afterlife is a crucial part of our faith and is not tied to the way the body is disposed of after death.

Rapture cannot happen at any moment. Read Matthew Jesus say AFTER THE TRIBULATION….and then goes on to explain the gathering of the saints. In Thessalonians Paul says the Lord won’t return UNTIL Antichrist is revealed and the great falling away takes place So unless you can point me to the Antichrist the rapture is not happening.

Had a similar experience as I hospiced my mom. I saw her shoulders raise as she took her last breath, and everything stopped in that room when she exhaled. It was “like” slow motion and warm, no fear, no trepidation and I was mesmerized by the “feeling” in the room over her bed especially. It was a holy visitation of some type and I was a speechless observer. My mind stopped thinking. Just try to make your mind stop thinking.😂 Mine is always whirring; but, at that moment and for some brief moments everything was still. She was no longer there! Gone right in front of my eyes. Her body was there of course. It was a holy moment. I believe her angel took her soul to the Lord. Stillness in my mind and that room. I’m trying to explain - ya had to experience it to believe it. Thank you Lord Jesus for saving our souls! Amen.

@@ProfessorJM1 This is the hardest thing you’ll have to endure in life. A word of advice. Normally, my actions are with purpose, but I moved with trepidation administering that dose of morphine into her open mouth under her tongue. It’s such a minuscule amount, but it does stop the labored breathing and bodily discomfort for them. I only gave 2 doses. The day before she passed under the direction of the hospice RN and the 2nd dose 3 hours before she died. I felt like I was killing her, but that was a “child’s” point of view. I was helping her not have pain. As I write this it is triggering me, but Professor, this Adjunct Professor knows that her body responded by lessening her restlessness in breathing and grimacing with pain. I pray you don’t have to do it. If you do, check and recheck the amount in the syringe for peace of mind. BTW, Hospice counts the narcotic afterwards. They also volunteer to give her last bath. Let them. You’ll be in no condition to do it. God grant you strength.

I miss being part of a live body (church) but now know we are the church. I was too advanced for my old pastor and he refused to post on the Rapture, The Second Coming, (even Revelations). Downtown Toronto, went to 12 churches but evangelicals are way up north and I disabled don't drive. I am being fed full meals spiritually, daily but am alone.

He is lying to you. Read Ezekiel 13, God is against people teaching they will fly away. Satan comes first acting as God but he is in disguised and we are still in flesh bodies. When the true Christ comes instantly we are in spiritual bodies. Don't want you to feel shame when the true Christ comes. God loves you don't be fooled. It is a question intended to challenge doctrine in a healthy way with the hope of clarity of what scripture teaches… If we created two categories of scriptures with 1 relating to the rapture, and the other relating to the first resurrection, I believe understanding rapture as well as first resurrection would be easier… By comparing the scriptures for each category, I believe we would have greater insight on how the two events relate

Revelation 20 v 6 the first resurrection .. is the culmination verse . The first resurrection started with Christ, he being the first fruits, the dead in Christ , 1THESS 4 v 16 are in the first resurrection , the 144 000 are in the first resurrection, and so on , Jesus is the first (fruits plural). But now is Christ risen from the dead , and become the firstfruits of them that slept .. 1 Cor 15 v 20. There is no ressurection at the second coming, the wicked (Tares ) are removed , then the surviving Tribulation Saints receive the King of Kings and repopulate the Millennium

So you think God will subject his children to that amt of suffering? Paul spoke about being caught up into the 3rd heaven. He states he does not know if he was in his body or not. I use to listen to Sheppards Chapel & they teach no rapture. However, what I've been studying might indicate that theory might be incorrect. When the Jews denied Jesus it became the time of the gentiles & Paul witness them. But this time of the gentiles comes to an end when the last gentile believes. The letters to the 7 churches will be fulfilled and then the temporary favor of God will come to an end & he will focus again on Israel. Then until they cru out Jesus is the Messiah he won't come back. During the last 3 1/2 yrs there will be those who will flee to Petra. God will provide for them there. Petra is basically in Jordan & for awhile the forces against them will be at bay. Eventually the forces against them will disrespect Jordans boundaries and go forth. The showdown. It is deep and intense and we really need to chose for ourselves. So personally I hope there is a rapture. For all waters to be polluted, fish dying, meteors hitting, earth off is axis, skies rolled like a scroll, flesh dying and hanging off of our bodies, tongues welded to the roof of our mouths from thirst, none of these things sound like good happenings. So I pray there is a rapture ( caught up) event. There are other scripture that tell of those who will perservere through to the end. Those who becpme believers during that time & they make it how I have no clue. It goes on to say what they will be wearing in heaven to distinguish them from the others. Anyhow I don't know you personally so all I can say is at least thank you for receiving my text. I have always carried a certainty of how much truth can I handle. Pastor Nolen, many who try to debunk the rapture are caught up on the phrase in I Corinthians 15:52 "last trumpet". In 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 it is translated "trumpet call of God" The specific one I listened to claims that the "last Trumpet" is from Revelation 11:15 . I would love to hear your clarification on what I believe is him misleading to prove his point. Thanks

Paul wrote the letter to the Thessalonians BEFORE John was given the Revelation. Therefore, as the occasion of the Rapture was a ''mystery'' that Paul was given to outline... and... the 'revelation' given by Jesus to John was a series of prophecies of the End Times, Paul's mention of a 'Last Trumpet' could not possibly be a reference to the final of a series of Seven Trumpet blasts. The events that follow the Seventh Trumpet Blast given by the angel in Revelation do not align with the event (the rapture) that Paul outlines. Therefore: different trumpets... different events... different times.

V19 slay equals to profit falsely that they should be slain, also verse 19 to save equals to promise life to those who should not live. Verse 20 the word fly equals escape. But not in the atmosphere. The end is the end. The last trumpet is the last trumpet. The second coming is the end and only the end.. I understand all the explanation but the Bible ONLY talks about Christ 2nd coming .. not 3 times. It would be great not to live through hard times, but I wouldn’t bank on it. But I would bank on the fact that God will do it just right.

Read Ezekiel 13! No rapture. Satan comes first acting as Christ. Our purpose in the flesh bodies is to face Satan and let the Holy Spirit speak through us which the 144,000 will hear the words from the Holy Spirit and finally they understand. What a time this will be. Tribulation comes the time of the locust which is May through September, keep watch.

Great video! I have gotten in discussions about the Bible verses that speak to the rapture and have run into some difficulty. Do you have or would you make a video that does a deep dive into the biblical evidence of the rapture? Some verses I ran into trouble with were: 1. Matthew 24:24 whee is says the beast will deceive even the elect, meaning the elect will still be around and 2. Luke 17:35 where is talks about one being snatched and the other remaining, but they are placed with the vultures, which doesn't sound like heaven. Thank you and God bless!

The answer to Matt 24:24 is that the Elect are Jews God always had in mind to keep his promises to Restore and Save a remnant of the Jewish people. The Old testament is filled with God dealing with his dis-obedient Chosen That is why the Church is not in the tribulation period. God is working to complete his promise to Israel and the Church does not take part in the Tribulation. One taken and one left is not the Rapture. This is where the one taken is taken to Judgement (thus the reference to where the vultures gather) Those left here alive go into the 1000 year reign. to repopulate the Earth This is another reason that it cant be a post trib Rapture or there would be nobody left alive in a real body to procreate. Those with a glorified body do not reproduce. keep studying videos like this one and scripture and you will see Pre-trib is the only plan that does not create more problems than it solves. I must speak about this teaching no offense pastor. It is of my understanding that the passages in thessolonians is clearly when christ returns. I don't have a problem with translation however I believe you may have skipped a few that doesn't tell of a event in the theology of "rapture". Firstly I'll say the passages in thessolonians are quite clear that the event that occurs isn't some sorta secretive thing. Hence the sounds that happen prior to the event the voice of the angels the trumpet of God and so forth. Now here the translation of verse 17 The word clouds isn't refering to aspherical clouds as in what we think of. It refers to glory. It is repeated in 1 revelation when it refers to Christ coming that he comes with clouds of glory. It also refers to everyone seeing him when he does return even those that pierced him. Also the word used air in verse 17 of thessolonians which can also be translated breath. What breath? God breathed into us the breath of life and made us a living soul. So air is refering to us being in spiritual bodies. Which also aligns with 1 Corinthians 10 52 That in that last trump which is Jesus's return we are instantly change from the corruptable the human body to the uncorruptable the spiritual body in a twinkling of the eye. Instantly. So the better picture is in verse 17 when christ returns we are caught up with jesus in that glory as well in new glorified bodies. Paul even goes on in 2 thessolonians and explicitly warns of teaching that the day of the Lord that is Christ's return shall not happen until the events paul described in 2 thessolonians chapter 3. He is very clear on it. Every time the bible is talking about the day of the Lord or Christ's Its is just that there is no such thing as two returns.

Another continuing thought is about those " who aren't ready" but are saved. That's like saying you're just a little bit pregnant. Either you are or you're not. The issue of death is NOT about separation of the soul and the body. The issue is whether or not the Soul is CONSCIOUS after its separation from the body. If conscious, I want to know what is the purpose of having a body? Further, HOW is it that the soul has consciousness without a body? Yes... this matters. Why give a physical 'shell' for a consciousness when it doesn't need it to be aware of what is going on around it? Worse, why give a body when all this accords is limitation... including pain? I agree with that psalm of David, where it is said ''The dead, they know nothing.'' I believe that without a body, the soul is asleep. There is NO consciousness without a body. Paul makes this clear enough when he talks about how those Faithful who are ''asleep'' are NOT conscious in Heaven... but literally unconscious in the grave, awaiting resurrection: reunification of the sleeping soul with a (glorified) body to then have consciousness. The whole parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus is just Jesus making a point about righteousness... it is not a literal depiction of what happens to souls after death. Jesus was just trading on conventional ideas about Sheol, 'Abraham's Bosom' and 'Paradise in the Underworld'. The dimensions, so named (Sheol, Abraham's Bosom/Paradise, etc) are places where souls are placed... ready for resurrection. Meanwhile, no body: no consciousness. Annihilation is that which is most to be feared: it is the utter obliteration of the soul... the complete ending of the personal entity.

How else can ''fallen asleep'' be interpreted as other than ''is unaware of what is going on around them''? Anything else would make no sense.

@@v1e1r1g1e1 They were in a temporary holding place, or their soul was, Just like other verses in the Bible say. No one could go to Heaven before Jesus did. When Jesus died on the cross those three days he actually went to hell and Abraham’s wisdom to retrieve the people and on his resurrection he took those with him as stated in the Bible. After that there was No longer a need for a temporary holding place and your soul goes to heaven or hell. Paul is talking about the rapture in those verses that you wrote. Those in the grave will rise first and we will meet them in the air to meet Jesus at the rapture. Pastor Nolan has a sermon on what happens when you die and also one on when Jesus died what happened. You can search for them on KZbin. Very informative and he gives a lot of verses. Paul also said: To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. The righteous man who dies “is taken away from evil, he enters into peace” (Isaiah 57:1-2). “Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on. . . . They may rest from their labors” (Revelation 14:13). Indeed, “to live is Christ and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21) Ecclesiastes 12:7 then the dust [out of which God made man’s body] will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it.

@@pamgreen7178 GIven that, with my interpretation, from the moment a Faithful person dies, to the moment they are again conscious, it is exactly the same as when one falls asleep. One has no concept of time as one is totally unconscious. Therefore, the experience of dying and then reviving is, for the Faithful, pratically instantaneous. For the Faithful, the very next conscious experience after the last dying moment one has is to see Jesus. Exactly as Paul said. Meanwhile, here's a question.. if the Soul is not something that develops as a process of the body's life over time, but instead is a 'thing' that comes from somewhere... Where are all these souls before they are incarnated? Does God have a predetermined number of souls waiting up there in Heaven? Are they conscious up there in Heaven? Are they aware that some of them might, after some time incarnated into a body, end up sinning so bad that they go to Hell? How do these souls get to be distributed into human bodies? Does God choose to put a certain soul into a crippled, broken or malformed body? Does God send down a soul into a body, knowing full well that the mother is going to abort that little baby anyway? The idea of pre-existing souls is simply wrong.

This is what I perceive the rapture to be like: it’s not the disappearance of the body, it’s the separation from the body, the spirit and human flesh are separate, along with what we call the brain, when things get tough in the world, and there’s many worlds here on earth, I’m talking about individuals, let’s take for instance a soldier who is in battle, he is shared physically with his body, brain and spirit or soul, he’s seen a lot of action and unnecessary things while in battle, he can lose his mind, and his spirit will temporarily leave him. He blacks out and he now becomes mentally unstable. He’s operating on his mind and body only, and for as long as he’s alive his spirit or his will, will still remain up until his death or until he goes through a fight or flight situation in which he/she regains their spiritual strength back. Death and being alive are perspectives of the eye, when a person physically dies, everyone else will see that as death, but said person’s energy or spirit is taken away to a dream like dimension and will not feel death, but will feel more like a dream. This is a place where time and space doesn’t exist, as they travel back through time to be resurrected back with their body as the day they were born, and that’s what we call being born again.
