The great tribulation will make Jews long for salvation As a nation shall read Isaiah 53 and come to realize that Christ Jesus offered Himself as a sacrificial lamb God will pour to them the Spirit of supplication and wholeheartedly mourn and wail for the saviour.

Question , when the Holy Spirit is removed from the earth together with believers and the people left behind who get saved afterwards (after the rapture) . Do these people receive a seal of God on their foreheads seeing there is no Holy Spirit on the earth during that time?

I think that the souls of the believers are in that part of Hades that is called Paradise. Before the rapture no believers are in heaven where the mansions are located. At the rapture He will take us to be with Him where He is, that is to His father's house ( john 14: 3). John 5: 28-29 Jesus says : Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves (paradise for the believers and hell for the unbelievers) will hear His voice and come out - those who have done good will rise to live at the rapture and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned at the end of the Millenium at the great white throne. The tribulation believers who are martyred will be resurrected at the second coming, together with the old testament believers.

John 6:58 I am the true bread that came down from heaven. Anyone who eats this bread will not die as your ancestors did (even though they ate the manna) but will live forever. But I recommend to start at verse 47-58 Once Jesus is crucified and resurrects, we now go to heaven and not paradise.

He told the thief on the cross “verily I say to you, today you shall be with me in paradise.” Not heaven or purgatory… paradise. The same paradise the beggar was in while the king was in hell begging for a drop of water. He could see the beggar living like a king and it tormented him. If I remember correctly, He even goes on to describe how they are separated by a lake… Hades. And… in revelation the horseman comes bringing “death and hades”
