alright, I might have used a wrong term. Part of a campaign. Because now I will say this: I enjoyed the ride and loved the ending. Especially after I saw more of these videos. And I don't think it will be a coincidence if you read/hear/see this phrase in your local store. They want us to remember this phrase, consciously or unconsciously, so later it would be easier for us to find it in our brains. Or just to connect it with the logo. 8:36 I didn't study any mass-media school so don't quote me on any of this unless you have it backed by another source ;)

This reminds me of how me and my partner met. Love it! I'm hearing and he's deaf and I love dancing and would go to a bar where there was Salsa dancing every time he was there. I always wondered why he didn't dance until I asked him and realised he was deaf, I took a basic course in Sign language so I could learn more and slowly started have more and more conversations with him every time we met. We've been dating 4 years now.

Hmmmmm..... 1. I agree the guy uses British Sign Language and the girl is learning American Sign Language so at the start, am like.... eh? But he could know both signs :) Just coz a Deaf person knows ASL doesn't mean he/she can't understand BSL. So he must have been using BSL w/a friend and is in America for some reason but yeah, Cornetto, do your research&don't confuse us. 2. For people who say this is not realistic... I have so many hearing friends who learn sign language just to be able to talk to their crush who happens to be Deaf. For you to say this is unrealistic is obviously ignorance talking. Do you mean to imply people who can hear can't fall in love with someone who is Deaf&vice versa? How ignorant. 3. Where are the frigging subtitles? I saw one that had subtitles before though. (Same vid) wonder what happened to it? 4. It is weird no one in the diner knew he was Deaf. Didn't anyone who served him found out? Or maybe when he orders, he points to the menu or uses his speech (there are Deaf people who can speak. Sometimes they prefer not to speak and sometimes they use their voice.) 5. Or.... Laura didn't tell anyone she liked the guy, therefore no one in the diner told her he was actually Deaf. 6. He isn't ignoring her. He just thought she couldn't be interested in him.... because he is Deaf. While she is singing and signing, he says (in sign language) "I do see you..." means he has noticed her before and didn't ignore her on purpose. :)

Actually, even though the book she is learning from says American Sign Language, she uses BSL as well (or a form of it such as NZSL, I don't know it myself, but the fingerspelling is a dead give-away).
